All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location within Pakistan. We work with trusted courier services to ensure your jewellery reaches you safely and in perfect condition.

We currently provide free nationwide delivery across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas. In case of any delays due to courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, we will keep you updated. Once the order is handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for delivery delays, but we will fully assist you in tracking your parcel.
